Placing Your Order

Go to the eCosway global shopping mall by clicking on the "Go Shopping" link at the top of the page.
  • Select from the categories you see on the left side of the shopping pages.

  • When you find a product you are interested in, you can click on the "info" icon to see a larger picture of the item and to learn more about it.

  • When you decide to buy a particular item, click on the " " icon beside it. The item will then be added to your "shopping cart".

  • You can then go to "Check Out", or you can continue shopping and adding more items to your shopping cart.

  • You can click on the "Shopping Cart" icon (it actually looks like a little shopping cart and is located at the top of the page) at any time to view, change the quantity of, or delete items from your cart.

  • When you have finished shopping, and are satisfied with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Check Out" icon.

  • If this is the first time you are buying from eCosway, you will need to type in some simple personal details. You will be given a Shopper ID and password for subsequent direct access to eCosway.

  • Follow the online instructions to let us know the shopping address and payment details. This will complete the transaction.

Paying for Your Purchase

eCosway accepts Visa and MasterCard. Credit card transactions through eCosway are secure, because we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol which meets the four security requirements of authentication, encryption, integrity, and non-repudiation. Receiving Your Merchandise

Upon receiving your order and confirming that stocks are available, eCosway will notify you through email that your order is accepted. Save this email because it will contain an order reference number and a link back to the eCosway Mall.

You will receive the products within 3 to 4 weeks after your order has been confirmed. Because the products will be sent to you directly from our individual suppliers, you are likely to receive multiple shipments if you have placed an order for more than one item.

You can check the status of your order at any time.
If you are a registered shopper, check your order status by logging into your "Shopper Account".

If you are an eCosway Business Owner, check your order status by logging into your "Online Office".

An order is either
  • PENDING (awaiting acceptance);
  • APPROVED (accepted and forwarded to supplier); or
  • REJECTED (rejected by supplier) in which case your money will be refunded in full.

Freight Charges

The freight charges will depend on the product dimensions and weight, as well as the geographical location of the supplier in relation to the delivery destination. eCosway subsidizes part of the freight charges in some items.

You can see the actual freight charges for your order during checkout, after we determine your delivery address. The freight charges are automatically included in your payment at check-out.

Duties, Taxes and Restrictions

You will be responsible for any duty or tax imposed by your country's revenues authorities. You will also ensure not to purchase products which sales are restricted in your country of residence.

Returning Merchandise You Bought

eCosway practises a 10 day product return policy, which applies to all your purchases except items specifically noted as "non-returnable" in the shopping mall.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with an item, you may return it in its original, saleable condition, and in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving it.
