eCenters serve as offline service centers to support eCosway's online system by providing online facilities for shopping, Business Owner registrations, subscription payments, refunds and related enquiries.

Objectives of eCenter

  • To cater to the sizeable local population who do not have computer access or may not be Internet or computer savvy.
  • To facilitate cash payments from Business Owners and Shoppers who may not have credit cards or who are wary of using their credit cards online.

An eCenter Operator is responsible for facilitating the following online services :

  • Business Owner registration
  • Payment for registration (Privileged Shopper conversion to Business Owner)
  • Business Ownership renewal and enquiries
  • Cancellation of Business Ownership
  • Purchase of merchandise by Business Owners and Shoppers
  • Purchase status enquiries
  • "Express Order" purchases
  • Refunds
  • Auction payments
  • Registration receipt reprints
