Business Owners get CVPs from purchases paid with
the eCosway Co-Branded Bank Card. You get 1 CVP for every B $ 50 charged on the

Your
Network Structure
When you become an eCosway Business Owner (BO), you can build
a network consisting of BOs (like yourself).
Each BO you introduce creates a new branch in your network. All the BOs they introduce
also become members of your branch. There is no "breakaway" in the eCosway
system. This means that eCosway does not limit the number of branches or levels,
or set a certain sales volume after which a branch of your network is separated

How
You Make Profit
Whenever you or any of the BOs in your network
makes an eCosway sale or purchase, it generates what we call "eVolume"
(eV). This is the US dollar amount used for calculation of your monthly profits.
An eCosway sale or purchase includes products purchased from our catalogs or our
website and purchases or payments made with an eCosway Co-Branded Bank Card or
Rewards Card.
Each month, eCosway calculates the eV generated by you (Personal
Branch) and all your BO Branches and pays you four types of profits: Retail Profit,
Branch Overrides, Branch Performance Incentives and an Extra Branch Incentive.

| 1.
|
To qualify
for any profit payout, you must generate at least 5 "Qualification Units"
(QUs) and 15 eV from your personal branch each month. This includes your personal
sales and purchases and eV generated from your eCosway Co-Branded Bank Card spending
and other affiliate programs. |

| 2.
|
As your profits grow,
you will need between 5 - 30 QUs each month (depending on the amount you earn).
If you do not have the appropriate number of QUs, your profits will be limited. |
Note : You are exempted from any
QU requirements for your first month if you signed up as a Business Owner and
make an ISO sale.
QUs are awarded in four ways:
Online
• Each shopper's first purchase in a month from your eCosway website generates
5 QUs.
• 1 QU is generated for
every US $10 in a single invoice from your eCosway website.
(This is in addition to the 5 QUs if it is a first transaction for the month.)
Offline
• 5 QUs are generated for
every B $ 25 in a single invoice on products purchased at Cosway Sales Centres.
• 5 QUs are generated for
every B $ 50 in a single invoice on vouchers purchased at Cosway Sales Centres.
Please note: QUs are not awarded on eCosway Co-Branded Bank Card
or Rewards Card spending because it is personal spending and not products sold
by a Business Owner to an end-user.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All QUs awarded go into a reserve and are deducted only when they are needed according
to the amount of profit you qualify for each month.

never expire.

Privileged Shoppers
This set consisting of 8 vouchers is worth up to B $ 80 in EXTRA discounts. Each
voucher entitles you to 20% off (up to a maximum of RM10) the member or promotional
prices for Cosway products purchased in a single receipt (excluding S category
and Redemption items). Actual savings value will vary depending on promotional
pricing, but you will be getting 36% - 45%
off the retail price when you use these vouchers.
As a Privileged Shopper, you are also entitled to purchase 3 Starter Offer Sets
(SOSs) at 50%
off retail prices (see below).
Extra eV on 1st Purchase - Your first purchase using either
a Discount Voucher OR an SOS Voucher (whichever is done first)
will automatically generate an extra 25 eV. (Purchase must be made within validity
period.) Please note that this extra 25 eV is awarded only ONCE. You can start
building a network by introducing other people to eCosway. When another Privileged
Shopper joins your network, you will receive a FREE conversion to Business
