Change of Policy & Procedure

In line with Headquarter’s drive towards a “green” business model and to also enhance e-commerce in eCosway, we are pleased to announce the following changes:

1. Bonus Cheque

Effective 1^st July 2017, the Company will no longer be issuing cheques for bonus payouts. Below bonus payout methods are available for our Business Owners:



(a) Bank Autopay / e-Account

• In case where valid bank account details are provided, bonus will be banked into your account via Bank Autopay
• In case where Bank Autopay is failed / no banking details are provided, bonus will be remitted to your e-Account

(b) Bonus Voucher / e-Account

• For bonus below HKD 200, it will be paid via bonus voucher as per current practice and mailed to Business Owners
• For bonus equal or above HKD 200, it will be remitted to your e-Account

The bonus payout methods and the banking details can be updated via Online Office (“My Profile”) at www.ecosway.biz to facilitate direct transfer of your bonuses precisely.

2. Income Statement

Effective 1^st July 2017, the Company will no longer mail Income Statement for all Business Owners (Excluding those Business Owners who have selected Bonus Voucher as payout method). Income Statement is now available for viewing, downloading and printing via Member’s Online Office at www.ecosway.com.
