A "sig file" is like an online business card. You place it at the bottom of emails and posts to discussion groups or bulletin boards. A sig file should be no more than 3-5 lines (longer sig files tend to annoy people and result in spam complaints.)

Please Note

You may NOT use the name eCosway and you may NOT use your www.ecosway.com/home/yourID website address in ANY sig files.

You may use eCosway's targeted URLS in the sig file of your email as long as:

• The email and/or sig file are not in violation of eCosway's spam policy.

• The sig file is placed at the bottom of the email in 12 point type or less.

• The sig file is inconspicuously placed at the end of all of your normal day-to-day correspondence with friends and family in emails NOT about eCosway.
