An eCenter Operator who provides Business Ownership and shopping services to eCosway's Business Owners and Shoppers will be entitled to commission when he performs a minimum of ONE transaction per month either on eCenter Account or eAccount. Transactions uing credit cards or Refund eAccount are not eligible for calculation of commissions.

Calculation of Commission

Upon achieving the Monthly Qualification, an eCenter Operator is eligible for the eCenter Commission as stipulated in the Commission Table set out below. Commissions are only paid out for cash transactions performed by debiting the eCenter Account or payment utilizing the Business Owner's eAccount. Calculation of commisions is based on registration and annual access fee amounts, and the net purchase price of merchandise(excluding freight charges and other duties if any).

eCenter Commission payable to the eCenter Operator will be credited monthly to the respective eCenter Account.
