1. Why does Nn E Trienol only contain 50mg of Tocotrienols? Is it enough?
Most clinical studies are done based on 50mg of mixed Tocotrienols. Even at this level, it has repeatedly proven to provide significant health benefits. Tocotrienols are 40 to 60 times stronger than regular Vitamin E, so only a small amount is required. Most Tocotrienols supplements contain between 30mg to 50mg.

2. If Tocotrienol is 40 to 60 times stronger than regular Vitamin E, does it mean that 50mg is equivalent to 2,000 – 3,000mg of regular Vitamin E?
No. That type of calculation is not really accurate. Tocotrienols are 40 to 60 times more effective than regular Vitamin E in fighting free radicals, but that does not mean the dose is 40 to 60 times higher. There are extra functions and health benefits of Tocotrienols that are not found in regular Vitamin E.

3. Why is the price of Nn E Trienol significantly higher than other Vitamin E supplements?
Most regular Vitamin E supplements do not contain Tocotrienols. Those with Tocotrienols are much more expensive than Nn E Trienol. Tocotrienols are superior to regular Vitamin E. Considering the vast benefits of Tocotrienols compared to regular Vitamin E, it is wiser (and more cost effective) to take a complete Vitamin E formula with Tocotrienols and Tocopherol.

4. Can I take more than 1 capsule?
Yes, you may. The recommended dosage for most individuals is 1 per day. However, for those who need more protection, they may take up to 3 per day. It is best to be taken in separate dosages throughout the day for better results. More is usually not required unless advised by a physician.

5. Can I take it together with my medications?
Yes. There are no contra-indications. In fact, for those taking cholesterol-lowering drugs (Statin) or Erectile Dysfunction medications (eg. Viagra), it is good to supplement with Nn E-Trienol, as it helps to improve the effectiveness of cholesterol-lowering medications and neutralises the free radicals caused by male potency drugs.

6. Who should take Nn E-Trienol? When should they start taking it?
Everyone should be taking Nn E-Trienol, especially the elderly and those on cholesterol lowering or male potency medications. 7. Why is the capsule dark blue in colour? Is it safe?
The blue color is necessary to prevent light from affecting the product’s potency and safety. The colourant used in the capsule is approved by the Ministry of Health and is safe for consumption without any side effects.
