1. I have just bought TummyTrimm™. I purged after taking it. Is this normal?
It is normal for some to purge after taking TummyTrimm™. TummyTrimm™ helps to loosen the deep-seated toxic encrustation from your colon and excrete it from your body in the forms of watery stools. You will be able to notice yellowish watery substance floating in your toilet bowl after your bowel movement.

2. I have taken laxatives before and I suffered from severe stomachache and the embarrassing urgency to go to toilet. Will TummyTrimm™ give me the same reaction?
No. Unlike common laxatives, TummyTrimm™ will not induce unusual severe stomach pain or the urgency to go to toilet immediately. You may need to go to the toilet often as TummyTrimm™ will increase the frequency and the quantity of your stools but you will not feel the pain and need to go toilet immediately.

3. Both my husband and I took TummyTrimm™ I am able to feel urge to go to toilet after 1-2 hours. My husband only has the urge to go toilet the next morning. Is this normal?
Yes. It is normal to have different reactions among individuals. Your husband is probably suffering from long-term constipation; therefore he will need more time to feel the effects. For those who are constipated, it is recommended to start off with 1 sachet and if the individual does not have the urge to go toilet within 24 hours, take 2 sachets, once daily. Once the bowel movement has been normalized, maintain the healthy bowel movement by continuing taking TummyTrimm™. The same goes to those who have regular bowel movement.

4. After taking TummyTrimm™ I seem to go toilet many times. Why is this so?
This is because all those encrustations in your colon cannot be removed immediately as this will damage your colon. TummyTrimm™ is gently removing the accumulated encrustation from your colon and excrete them slowly. Frequent visits to the toilet means that the encrustations are being removed.

5. I am overweight and put on weight very easily. Can I take TummyTrimm™ improve my health and also help me to reduce weight?
Yes, TummyTrimm™ can help you to improve your health as well as to reduce your weight especially your tummy! As an average person can is able to accumulate up to 6kgs of the encrustation in their colon, TummyTrimm™ will help you to remove the encrustation and eliminate it from your body. 6. I have constipation and I am so happy that TummyTrimm™ has helped me! However, I am worried that I will be dependent on it.

10. How soon can I see results?
Normally, it will take around 3 months to rid all the encrustation in the body. By then, your bowel movement is regular and you will be able to notice that your stools are banana shaped, yellowish in colour and floating in the water. However, the time frame for results will differ among individuals. You may still continue to take TummyTrimm™ to maintain your health, as we will accumulate encrustation every day. It is advisable to take 1 sachet every 2 days as maintenance.
