1) Pricing & RP Changes

1. RPs can no longer be used to get 10, 15 or 20% off of Retail Price. We are removing the RP discount pricing in order to pay the new Direct Profit.
2. RPs can still be used to get discounted pricing on Rewards Items which will soon include more products and some fantastic low-price, high quality Organics. Rewards Products serve as “loss leaders” pulling people into the stores. In order to buy Rewards Products, members will have to have RPs – which come from buying all the other normal products.
3. VIPs can still use RPs to bid in the Auction.
4. VIPs will no longer get 10 RPs for introducing another VIP, but they will now be able to get free products for doing so. (See #2 below.)
5. Members (both IBOs and VIPs) will still enjoy deeply discounted prices during ongoing promotions.
6. Special Set prices will increase (some more than others) because we want to pay 15% Direct Profit on them. The old pricing was so deeply discounted that there was no 15% margin to spare. The new pricing is still very good compared to the market and IBOs can now enjoy 15% Direct Profit on the Initial Qualification Sales of their new IBOs! This will put a lot more money in people’s pockets even if they introduce people sporadically.

2) New Direct Profit (DP)-- up to 15% of purchase price paid to Introducers

1. New IBOs (who do at least 100eV in Special Set Sales in their first 30 days), existing IBOs (who do 50eV in Special Set Sales in August 2011) and all VIPs will be entitled to earn Direct Profit (DP). It will be based on 0-15% of the purchase price as follows:
   
   
   
2. Direct Profit does NOT replace Retail Profit. The original “4 ways to get paid” have not changed at all in amount or function. DP will be paid in addition to Retail Profit (which will now be called “Personal Branch Profit”), Branch Overrides (now called Branch Override Profit), Branch Performance Incentives and Extra Incentives.
   
   
   
3. Direct Profit will usually be paid to the introducer of the purchaser –regardless of whether the introducers and/or purchasers are IBOs or VIP Shoppers. The only exception to this will be Special Sets bought by VIP Shoppers during a new IBO’s qualification period (see Section 3).
   
   
   
4. When DP is paid to IBOs, it is paid along with the other parts of the Profit Plan in a wire transfer into the IBO’s bank account each month.
5. When DP is paid to a VIP Shopper it is not paid in the form of money. It is paid as “Discount Points” (1 DP = $1 of credit that can be used to buy our products or to pay for personal registrations and renewals).

3) Direct Profit on Special Sets operates differently during and after a new IBO’s qualification period

DP on Special Sets bought by VIP Shoppers during a new IBO’s initial qualification period (1000eV or 180 days) will go to the new IBO’s sponsor. In other words, the DP will skip one IBO until the new IBO is qualified. The reason for this is to ensure that when someone sponsors a new IBO he or she will get the Direct Profit on the new IBO’s qualifying eV (since getting a new person to join and getting them to qualify is essentially the sponsor’s “sale”). We want the DP on all qualifying eV of a new IBO to go to his or her sponsor.

Please note that the Direct Profit on Special Sets purchased by IBOs doesn’t change. Normal purchases of VIP Shoppers don’t change either. The only thing that changes during and after a new IBO’s qualification is the DP on Special Sets bought by VIPs. Typically, VIPs don’t buy sets unless they are helping an IBO to qualify. They tend to buy items one at a time and the DP on those purchases always goes to the Introducer of the VIP.

4) Direct Profit is paid according to accounts not profit centers

DP is paid according to ACCOUNTS not profit centers. For all other parts of the plan, each profit center is considered a new level or a new entity during calculations. But for DP, profit centers do not count as separate levels. All profit centers are considered part of the same entity. For example if an IBO has 3 profit centers and generates $100 from each of them, the sponsor of that IBO would receive the direct profit on all $300 worth of sales.

The eV generated by those sales would still be paid according to profit centers.

5) Initial Qualification Changes

The Qualification for different parts of the Profit Plan and for profit centers changes after August 1, 2011. Now people can qualify to the fullest extent quickly, or they can take their time.

1. Paying the $60 registration fee entitles all IBOs to be paid Retail Profit (called Personal Branch Profit beginning August 1) and Branch Override Profit.
2. To earn DP, every new IBO will have to generate 100eV in his or her first month.
3. To earn BPI and EI, an IBO has several options. As shown in the diagram below, completing 500 eV or 1000 eV in the first month will give 3 or 7 extra profit centers and unlimited BPI/EI payout. To take a longer path to earning multiple BPI/EI payouts on 1 or 3 profit centers, 100eV must be completed in the first month and the eV listed in the yellow column is prerequisite to the blue column. So for example, if you wanted to earn 3 profit centers and unlimited BPI/EI payout, you could:
   

   Do 500eV in your first month, or Do 100eV in your first month and another 900 over the next 2 months or Do 100eV in your first month, 400 eV over the next 2 months and then a final 500eV over the next 3 months,

   
   

   But you COULD NOT do 100eV in the first month, 200eV in the next 2 months and then do 700 in month 5. The 400eV in the yellow column has to be completed if you want to have the option of the blue column.
   NOTE: More eV can always be done earlier than the deadline. For example, you could do 100eV in the first month, 600eV in the next 2 months and then only 300 eV in the final 3 months.

6) Now you can earn up to 7 Profit Centers per account

Extra profit centers are named ABCDEF from left to right, top to bottom. Having extra centers allows the same volume to count towards multiple “paychecks” that are added together and paid as one. (Please note: We don’t actually give physical checks – we wire money into your bank account.) For example, If you had 8 branches producing 2,000eV each in a given month, your profit would be $3,782 if you only had 1 profit center. It would be $4,530 if you had 3 profit centers. It would be $4,975 if you had 7 profit centers.

NOTE: Existing IBOs who joined prior to August 1, 2011 will have the chance to upgrade their profit plan qualifications, and we also have a fantastic special offer for new IBOs who join prior to August 1st. See 10 and 11 below.

7) Extra Profit Centers are no longer generated at sign-up

After August 1^st, 2011 extra profit centers will not be automatically generated when you join. Instead they will appear within 2 days after you produce the eV that qualifies you for them. All initial sponsoring and purchasing (before qualification for extra centers) can only be done from your Main center. Once a new center has appeared you can use it to sponsor people and to make purchases.

8) Everyone has one year to do one major restructuring

After you earn extra profit centers you may want to restructure your branches for maximum payout. New IBOs will be given one year from their joining date to do this one-time major restructuring. Existing IBOs will be given until July 31st of 2012 to do the one-time major restructure. (This one-time restructuring is in addition to the restructuring you can do on the 1st – 9^th of each month with new IBOs from the month before.)

9) Monthly Qualification can be done from any of your profit centers

1. The 15eV monthly qualification will no longer need to be generated from each center you wish to qualify. Just like the QUs, eV from all of your centers will now be “pooled” and used for qualifying any of your centers. The difference is that the QU pool never drains (QUs never expire and only the QUs needed for your payout are taken out each month). eV, on the other hand, is fully paid on each month so nothing carries over into the next month.
2. Qualification eV (both the initial 1000eV and the monthly eV and QUs) can always be produced by either an IBO or his Shoppers. (We were going to change it to only shoppers, but after a lot of feedback, we went back to the original system where it can be either.)
3. If you generate 15eV from any of your profit centers, the system will pay on your most profitable center. If you generate 30eV, the system will pay on your 2 most profitable centers, if you generate 45eV, the system will pay on your 3 most profitable centers. If you generate 60eV, the system will pay on your 4 most profitable centers, etc. Of course, you also need sufficient QUs (5-30 per profit center) to receive these payments.
   
   
   
   
4. There is no extra requirement (other than the usual 15eV and 5-30 QUs) each month for earning DP (although every new IBO will need to do at least 100eV in Special Set sales in their first 30 days in order to start earning DP).

10) Existing IBOs can “upgrade” their current qualification

Existing IBOs will need to purchase (or get one of their VIPs to purchase) a 50eV set in the month of August 2011 to begin earning Direct Profit. If they previously had the unlimited BPI/EI & 3 Profit Centers (PCs) and want to get 7 PCs, or if they had the 3BPI/EI PC and want to upgrade to unlimited 3 PCs, they can do an additional 150eV (for a total of 200eV) between Aug 1^st and Oct 31^st. As a “raise the dead” special, we will allow people who originally did 200eV or less to do the 50eV for DP, and then an additional 450eV before Oct 31^st to get to the unlimited/3 PCs qualification level.

11) Great deal for new IBOs from June or July

12) IBOs and VIPs can buy Special Sets any time now

Special Set Prices will increase but they will still be cheaper than retail price and now IBOs and VIPs can purchase them anytime. They are not restricted to a person’s first 30 days. However, the DP and QU awarding will be different on sets purchased during initial qualification and sets purchased after initial qualification. The DP change is discussed in Section 3 above. Here is a breakdown of how the QUs will be awarded.

13) Stores will be changing to “Country Farm Organics”

We will be turning our USA eCosway stores into “Country Farm Organics by eCosway” stores. This will attract more walk-ins and give everyone wonderful healthy organic food at the best possible prices in addition to our already wonderful lineup of products!

We are not sure about the timing of this new plan. We are investigating how many of our current Country Farm Organic Products can be brought into the US and how quickly. We are also working on sourcing more Organics from the US.

14) VIPs now have 2 Options for Joining

VIP Shoppers have 2 Choices for joining now:

1. Pay $20 and get 30% off of any normal-priced products for one month up to a retail value of $200. (This does not include Rewards Items, Special Sets, or Promotion Sale Items)
2. Buy $40 worth of normal-priced products on the first invoice, and get the VIP membership free.

Both options entitle the new VIP to a starter kit and 20 RP points. In option A, the introducer of the VIP will receive DP on the retail value of the sale items (so if the VIP buys $200 worth of products, he or she pays only $140, but the introducer earns DP based on the $200 price.) In option B, the introducer of the VIP will receive DP on the $40 purchase.

Existing VIP Shoppers will get 30% off of normal-priced products for one month during the month of August as a gift to keep them happy since the RP Pricing will disappear. They will also start to earn Direct Profit on the purchases of VIP Shoppers that they bring in (see section 2).

15) Summary of DP, eV, RPs, and QUs after Aug 1, 2011

Important points to note:

The 50 eV that existing IBOs will have to generate in August (if they want to start enjoying Direct Profit from all their centers) must be from Special Sets. The eV from this Special Set sale can simultaneously contribute to the usual 15eV required for August. (Just remember that Special Sets have lower QUs than normal products so make sure you will have enough QUs if you use Special Sets to do the monthly qualification.) The 50eV set can be purchased by the IBO or the VIP Shoppers on his or her personal branch.

The first goal for every new IBO should be to do at least 100eV in Special Set sales in the first 30 days after joining, or else they will forfeit the opportunity to enjoy Direct Profit. If they want the best “deal” on getting unlimited BPI & EI payout and 3 or 7 profit centers they can opt to do 500 or 1000eV respectively in the first 30 days. But as long as they do at least 100eV in the first month, they can reach the other levels of qualification over time. Bear in mind that the longer you wait for the qualification, the more money you leave on the table if you are actively growing your network.

Anyone “sitting on the fence” in July would benefit the most by joining and completing the 1000eV before the last day of July. This gives them the same privileges, as the new members will get in August, but at a cheaper price. And they won’t have to do any upgrading in August.
